These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Happy Life Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre (HLPRC). By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

HLPRC provides physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and related healthcare services. All services are delivered by qualified physiotherapists and healthcare professionals based on individual assessment and clinical judgment.

2. Appointments

1. Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website.
2. We respectfully request that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
3. If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance.
4. Repeated no-shows without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee or restriction on future bookings.

3. Fees & Payments

1. Consultation and treatment fees are communicated at the time of booking or during your visit.
2. Payments are accepted via cash, UPI, or bank transfer as displayed at the clinic.
3. Fees are subject to revision at the clinic's discretion. Revised rates will be communicated before your next session.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations made 4+ hours before the appointment may be rescheduled at no charge.
2. Late cancellations (less than 4 hours) may be charged 50% of the consultation fee.
3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.
4. No refunds apply to treatment packages once the first session has been utilised.

5. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health information relevant to your treatment.
• Follow the treatment plan and advice given by your physiotherapist.
• Inform the clinic of any changes in your medical condition.
• Treat clinic staff and other patients with respect.
• Refrain from recording consultations without prior consent.

6. Clinic Responsibilities

HLPRC is committed to:

• Delivering care with professional skill, care, and diligence.
• Maintaining your privacy and confidentiality as per our Privacy Policy.
• Providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Obtaining your informed consent before any treatment or procedure.

7. Medical Advice & Consent

1. The information provided on our website or during consultations is for general informational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice.
2. You will be asked to sign a consent form before commencing treatment.
3. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time and discontinue treatment.

8. Home Visits

1. Home visits are subject to availability and location within our service areas (Nagaram, Dammaiguda, ECIL, Kushaiguda, Rampally, Keesara).
2. An additional travel fee may apply depending on the distance.
3. The clinic reserves the right to decline home visits based on safety or logistical concerns.

9. Website & Online Communication

1. All content on our website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website.
3. Online communication (email, WhatsApp, etc.) is used for appointment-related coordination. Urgent medical concerns should be addressed in person or via emergency services.

10. Limitation of Liability

HLPRC and its practitioners shall not be held liable for:

• Outcomes resulting from non-compliance with the prescribed treatment plan.
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• Use of information from our website without professional consultation.

11. Updates to These Terms

HLPRC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
